Vegetable Khinchuri

Ginger paste

Curry leaves

Pui leaves

Process: Place a pan on the oven and pour oil into it. Add 0.5 cup of onion and whole cumin and fry a little. Add all the spices and stir. Add rice, all the dals and cook a little. Add water and all the vegetables and boil for some times closing the mouth of the pan with a lip. When entire materials become dry add tomato and pui leaves and keep for another few minutes and take the pan out of oven. Take pan give oil into it add chopped onion and curry leaves and fry a little until red. Serve the khinchri after sprinkling these on it.
