Mustard sajina

Procedure: wash all the vegetables. Place a pan on the oven pour oil adds half of the chopped onion and fries until brown and put it out. Add rest of the onion fry a little and add garlic, ginger and braise a little and give the vegetables into it and cook for some times. Add tomato and water and cook for some more times. Add mustard paste and other ingredients and cook for a few minutes add coriander leaves and fried onion and put the materials out of oven.
