Kima karala


Ingredients
Quantity
bitter gourld
4 (medium sized)
Minced beef
250 grams
Ginger paste
1 tea-spoon
Green chili chopped 
2/3 whole
Garam masala powder
1 tea-spoon
Salt
0.5 tea-spoon
Green chili paste
2 table-spoon
Oil
2 table-spoon
onion, finely chopped
0.5 cup
Oil for fry
200 grams
Thread
A little
Garam masala includes cardamom, cinnamon and Clove
Procedure: grate the outer surface of the Karala. Cut open these longitudinally and clean the inner portion. Rub salt all over these and keep for one hours. Wash six/seven times to wash out its bitter taste. Put a pan on oven, give all other materials into it and braise thoroughly until it is almost dry. Rinse water form the Karala and fill the empty spaces inside with fried meat. Tie up each Karala so that inner materials do not come out and fry up these in oil.
