| Lemon juice | 4 table-spoon |
| Garlic paste | 1 tea-spoon |
| Cumin paste | 1 tea-spoon |
| Garam masala powder | 0.25 table-spoon |
| Oil/ghee | 1 cup |
| Raisin | 1 table-spoon |
| Sauce | 2 table-spoon |
| Egg | 2 whole |
Garam masala includes cardamom, cinnamon and Clove
Procedure: Except one egg, oil, coriander leaf, green chili, pudina leaf and raisin mix all the ingredients with minced meat and marinate for one hour. Put the mixed materials on a plastic paper and put thin pieces of fried egg. Add coriander leaf, green chili, pudina leaf and raisin into it mad makes a roll. Fry the rolls into dipping oil. When done decorate these on a plate and serve.
