Lamb Roast

1pc lamb’s hind leg

Sour yogurt

Ginger paste

Onion (fried sliced)

Procedure: Wash the leg thoroughly. Mix all the pastes and sour yogurt both sides and pound it with a fork.  Marinate for some times. Put a big pan on the oven, pour 8 cups of water and place the leg into it and simmer. Wait until it is soft. Put another pan on the oven give ghee in it and heat. Give chopped onion in it and fry until brown. Give round-sliced onion into it and place the leg into it. Pour all the paste ingredients and simmer until it smells gook and flesh is soft.
