Meat Glassy


Ingredients
Quantity
meat (mutton or Beef)
500 grams
Onion, garlic and ginger past
0.5 cup
Tomato sauce
1 cup
Oil
0.5 cup
Cassia leaf
2 pieces
Cinnamon
2 pieces
Cardamom
2 pieces
Clove
4/5 pieces
Green chili
4/5 pieces
Sugar
1 tea-spoon
Salt
As per taste
Water
As per taste
Procedure: Take meat from breast portion with fat. Put a pan on the oven and pour oil in it. Give onion, garlic and ginger paste and braise. When it is brown hive meat and salt and braise thoroughly. When it is almost dry pour some water and simmer until water is evaporated. Give tomato sauce and other ingredients and pour some more water and simmer for quite some time until the meat is soft. When all the extra water dries up, before you take the pan out oven give the green chili in it. It should be put on over 3/4 time and make it more dry and fried. Serve after 1 or 2 days.
