Kebab-e-roll



Ingredients

Onion chopped

Coriander leaf chopped

Pudina leaf chopped

Garlic paste

Cumin paste
1 tea-spoon
Garam masala powder
0.25 table-spoon
Oil/ghee
1 cup
Raisin
1 table-spoon
Sauce
2 table-spoon
Egg
2 whole
Garam masala includes cardamom, cinnamon and Clove
Procedure: Except one egg, oil, coriander leaf, green chili, pudina leaf and raisin mix all the ingredients with minced meat and marinate for one hour. Put the mixed materials on a plastic paper and put thin pieces of fried egg. Add coriander leaf, green chili, pudina leaf and raisin into it mad makes a roll. Fry the rolls into dipping oil. When done decorate these on a plate and serve.

Stuffed Tomato

Minced beef

Coriander leaf, chopped

Lemon juice
1 table-spoon
Ginger paste
0.25 tea-spoon
Garlic paste
0.25 tea-spoon
Cumin paste
0.5 tea-spoon
Tomato juice
2 table-spoon
Turmeric powder
A little
Red chili powder
A pinch
Mineral salt (black)
As required
Black pepper powder
A little
Oil
2 table-spoon
Cinnamon and cardamom
0.25 tea-spoon
Procedure: mix ginger, garlic, cumin, turmeric, chili, cinnamon, cardamom, tomato juice, mineral salt, black pepper and water and boil. When the minced meat is tender, dry up the water. Pour oil in a pan and add green chili, coriander leaf and fry for five minutes. Cut the upper part of the tomatoes and take out the juice and seeds, it will look like a cup. Steam the tomatoes for a few minutes. Fill the vacuum of the tomatoes with the cooked meat. Sprinkle mineral salt, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves into it each of it. Steam these tomatoes on the oven for 15 minutes and serve.

Beef T-Bone Bhuna

Green chili (whole)

As per taste
Sweet yogurt (bitted)
1 cup
Soybean oil
1 cup
Lettuce
8 pieces
Tomato

Onion (sliced, ring)
4 whole
Procedure: Wash and clean the beef bones. Put a big pan on the oven pour some oil and make it hot. Place T bones into it and fry till these are brown and take these out of the oil. Give sliced onion into the oil and make it brown. Add all the pasted ingredients, salt and some water and simmer and after these are brown place the t-bones to the paste and braise for some times adding some water from time to time. Mix yogurt with boiled water and pour it in the curry very slowly, (mix only that amount of water as to make the flesh tender). Add green chili and make the heat dimmer. Stir from time to time. When the gravy is tight and oily it is done.
Serving: keep lettuce leaves on round flat bowl and keep the t-bones on it. Pour gravy all over it; cut tomato into floral design. Place it and rings of the onion for decoration and serve.
