| Onion chopped | 4 pieces |
| Onion fry | 0.5 cup |
| Green chili paste | 6-8 pieces |
| Garlic paste | 1 tea-spoon |
| Ginger paste | 2 tea-spoon |
| Lemon juice | 1 pieces |
| Coriander leaves chopped | 1 tea-spoon |
| Oil | 0.25 cup |
| Boiled water | 1 cup |
| Salt | As per taste |
| Sugar | 1 tea-spoon |
| Poppy seed | 2 tea-spoon |
| Cumin, whole | 2 tea-spoon |
| Coriander, whole | 2 tea-spoon |
| Cardamom | 4/5 pieces |
| Cinnamon | 2/3 pieces |
Procedure: take cumin, coriander, poppy seeds, Cardamom, Cinnamon and fry a bit so that you can prepare a powder. Add turmeric and salt and make a paste. Mix half of the fried powder of the ingredients with 1 table-spoon of oil and make a paste. Put a pan on the oven, pour oil on it, give some onion and make it brown, and braise. Give pieces of chicken and praise again. After praising pour a cup of water and simmer. When it turns into boiling stage lower the heat add rest of fried ingredients and sugar and cook a little. Sprinkle lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves over it and take it out of oven. Serve with sprinkling onion fry on it.
