Chicken with coriander leaves



Ingredients
Quantity
Chicken
500 gram
Cocoanut milk
1 cup
Onion
4
Garlic paste
1 tea-spoon
Cumin paste
1 tea-spoon
Turmeric paste
1 tea-spoon
Chili paste
2 tea-spoon
Oil
1 table-spoon
Coriander leaves paste
4 tea-spoon
Ginger paste
1 tea-spoon
Salt
As per taste

Procedure: put a pan on the oven, pour oil on it. Add all the flesh and all the ingredients except cocoanut paste and coriander leaves paste. Braise it. Add cocoanut milk and coriander leaves paste and simmer for another 5/7 minutes. Add some water if it is very dry. Take it out of oven when it is semidry.
