Chicken | 500 gram |
Cocoanut milk | 1 cup |
Onion | 4 |
Garlic paste | 1 tea-spoon |
Cumin paste | 1 tea-spoon |
Turmeric paste | 1 tea-spoon |
Chili paste | 2 tea-spoon |
Oil | 1 table-spoon |
Coriander leaves paste | 4 tea-spoon |
Ginger paste | 1 tea-spoon |
Salt | As per taste |
Procedure: put a pan on the oven, pour oil on it. Add all the flesh and all the ingredients except cocoanut paste and coriander leaves paste. Braise it. Add cocoanut milk and coriander leaves paste and simmer for another 5/7 minutes. Add some water if it is very dry. Take it out of oven when it is semidry.
