Ginger paste | 1 Table spoon |
Dry Chili powder | 1 Table spoon |
Poppy seed paste | 0.5 tea-spoon |
Cinnamon | 4 pieces |
Clove | 3 pieces |
Cassia leaves | 1 leaf |
Onion slices | 1 cup |
Garlic paste | 1 tea-spoon |
Turmeric powder | 0.5 tea- spoon |
Cumin powder | 0.5 tea- spoon |
Cardamom | 4 piece |
Sour curd ( yogurt) | 0.5 cup |
Salt | As required |
Nuts, paste | 2 Table spoons |
Procedure: Wash the eight pieces of chicken. Give oil on the pan and add sliced onion, garlic fry until brown. Add all other ingredients and braise it for quite some time. After it smells good, give the pieces of chicken into the paste and braise a little. When the chicken pieces are done pour some warm water on it and keep it on mild heat for some time until the chicken is tender. Serve warm.
