Chicken small pieces | 1 kg |
Coriander paste | 2 tea-spoon |
Ginger paste | 2 table-spoon |
Cumin powder | 1 tea-spoon |
Garlic paste | 2 tea-spoon |
Green chili paste | 2 tea-spoon |
Coriander leaf chopped | 2 table-spoon |
Onion chopped | 2 cups |
Cocoanut milk | 1 cup |
Lemon juice | 1 table-spoon |
Sugar | 1 tea-spoon |
Oil | 1 cup |
Garam masala powder | 1 table-spoon |
Garam masala includes Cardamom, Cinnamon and Clove
Procedure: Mix all the ingredients with he chicken pieces and marinate for one hour. Pour oil in a pan and give chopped onion, marinated chicken, cumin powder, salt and cocoanut milk and braise. After chicken is tender and gravy becomes heavy, pour lemon juice, sugar and cook under low heat. When the material becomes oily sprinkle Cardamom and Cinnamon powder and the recipe is ready for serve.
