Garam masala includes cardamom, cinnamon and Clove
Procedure: Except one egg, oil, coriander leaf, green chili, pudina leaf and raisin mix all the ingredients with minced meat and marinate for one hour. Put the mixed materials on a plastic paper and put thin pieces of fried egg. Add coriander leaf, green chili, pudina leaf and raisin into it mad makes a roll. Fry the rolls into dipping oil.
